Can I add an add or remove a user from my account?

 Currently, our system allows only one username and password per account. Users may share their log-in information (username and password) with other staff members at the same physical church location. 

Can I remove a user from my account?

While there is not a way to remove individual users on an account, you can change the log-in information on your account at any time.

To update your log-in information:

  • While logged-in, hover over your name in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
  • Click “Profile”
  • Click “Change Email” or “Change Password” to update either on your account.
