How to download content you've purchased a la carte

Media that has been purchased a la carte from the Igniter website can be downloaded from within your account. See how to do that from the video below, or the written instructions below the video. 

To download content purchased a la carte:

• Make sure you are signed-in to the Igniter website.
• Hover over your name at the top right corner of the page and click on "Orders."
• Next, click the orange order number listed on the left side of the page that you want to download.
• On the next page, click the orange text that lists the name of the item, or simply click the download arrow from there. 
• If you clicked the orange text, it will take you to the actual product, where you can download the media directly from the product list page.
