While anything can be purchased a la carte from the website, After Effects and Photoshop files are only available with a membership or with a free trial that includes access to those files. If you purchase an item a la carte and see that it says "Unlock Access" as shown in the image below, that means the file is not included with your a la carte purchase, but that it is available, and can be attained through a free trial or a membership at this link.
