Forgot your password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can easily retrieve it directly from the Igniter website. 

1. Click "Log In" at the top right-hand side of the page.
2. Click "Forgot Your Password?" at the bottom of that window. 
   
3. An email with a link to update your password will be sent to the email address you use to sign into your account. 
4. If you are unable to access the email account that is on your primary account, you can contact Customer Care at 1-866-340-1826.
