Why do I have to submit my billing information for a Free Trial?
We collect your billing information to ensure you experience no interruption when your Free Trial ends and your Igniter membership begins. You can cancel your Free Trial at any time during your trial from your My Account page here.

Free Trials are only available once for each member. If you signed up for a Free Trial and canceled it, you will not be able to receive another Free Trial.

If your free trial converted into a paid membership because you forgot to cancel it, you can request a refund if you have 0 downloads since it converted into a paid membership, and the request is made within one month of the charge.
